Shipping and orders
All our pieces are handcrafted by our artisans. We work on order basis and do not maintain an inventory. Orders may take up to 7-10 days to dispatch. Any custom orders may take longer - all the details will be shared while you place the order.
Shipping charges
We provide free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above INR 10,000. Items under special prices are subject to shipping charges. Our prices are not inclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated while checkout - according to the weight of the item(s) and place of delivery.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take up to 7-8 working days. An estimated delivery date for the same will be shared.
